“The Art of Parenting” – 6 Weeks – Will & Nikki Gott

The Art of Parenting is a Family Life video and workbook curriculum for parents, grandparents, or anyone who wants t grow in the area of parenting.  Each week, there will be a clip for participants to watch and discuss together and then you will be encouraged to do some homework during the week that will facilitate growth in your parenting.  This curriculum is designed to not only help parents find new ways to integrate faith into everyday parenting moments, but also to create an environment where moms and dads can shoulder burdens together, celebrate breakthroughs, and relate to one another’s day-to-day parenting journey.  Parents will finish the study with renewed confidence in parenting, fresh insights on parenting children of different ages, and a parenting plan unique to each child’s personality and gifts.

“The Call to Share Christ” – 6 Weeks – Scooter Kellum

The Call to Share Christ is a foundational evangelism study that will be a tremendous help to both new and growing believers when it comes to understanding and implementing the call to share the good news of the Gospel with the lost.  It will not be lecture style, but centered on healthy discussion about sharing Christ facilitated Scooter Kellum.  Lessons will seek to answer these basic questions: Why evangelize?  What is Evangelism?  When and where do we evangelize?  How do we evangelize?  And what do we do when it works?

“Jesus on Trial” – 12 Weeks – Les Acree

Jesus on Trial is an introduction to apologetics course led by Les Acree, adapted from David Limbaugh’s book “Jesus on Trial.”  Do you ever wonder if Christians have any hard evidence that supports the faith we hold and the Bible we depend upon?  Questions are encouraged in this study and looking at all of the evidence will lead to the sure conclusion: that what Christians have treasured for centuries stands up to exhaustive inquiry, and thereby affirms Christian faith, spirituality, and tradition.

“Hades’ Gates Won’t Prevail” – 12 Weeks – Duston Moore

“Hades’ Gates Won’t Prevail” is an introductory and birds-eye-view study of church history led by Duston Moore, based on Capitol Hill’s core seminar course on the subject.  Some see a disconnect between the Christian Church of today and the church we read about in the Bible.  But if you trace the history of the church from the very beginning, you will see how God has always been faithful to preserve his church through its many ups and downs.  Journey with us from the church’s beginning in Acts all the way to it’s present day form in twelve sessions.
